Breast pumping and labia pumping are not painful. After the cylinder has been removed pumping is not generally physically intense for the person who has been pumped. And, the sensation is much more subtle than it looks. However to the touch or tongue it feels fantastic.

When e is pumped and the vacuum is strong an intensity can build. However, it is not so much painful as uncomfortable.
